Augustine Studio is the independent design practice of Jeremy Doekes, focusing on the intersection of platform architecture, digital economies, and AI-native workflows. I partner with product squads to solve complex systems debt and accelerate 0-to-1 builds with the rigor of an enterprise lead and the speed of a solo founder.
What I do?
I transform napkin sketches and AI prototypes into fully complete platforms for Founders, Directors and Teams.
Where I’ve been recently?
Working with a startup since 2023 as a Consultant under my own business (Augustine-Studio) on back to back platform projects remotely across North America, South America and UK regions all remotely from Australia (solely representing).
What I solved recently?
I led the evolution of an AI prototype into a scalable production framework within four months. I strategically launched a secondary IP to serve as a "vanilla" foundation, solving legacy core loop issues while creating a migration path to absorb the original platform with zero disruption to the existing user base.
What I can do?
I can jump into platform projects to help solve complex user acquisition and architectural challenges at scale with AI assisted workflows to meet tight timeframes. I can also help shape brands and brand system within design systems and marketing assets for consistency.
What I bring?
I have spent my entire career shaping, branding, moulding and architecting the machines of new and existing products across emerging technologies. I have worked across Film & Television, Mobile Games, AR & VR, Enterprise & Software companies across the globe. Pet projects and fun? When I’m not doing day to day designer work I have been experimenting a lot with AI Native projects and games. Things like Schedulers, Image Compression, Music Makers, Design System Builders, Advanced Prompting (managing screens and foundations at scale), Ship Manager Game (super retro sci-fi filled with mini-games) and a game project with my son (all his ideas that we can build, evolve, learn from and most importantly have a little fun.)
