Mapped the core frameworks and user flows to establish the technical roadmap, prioritising the desktop uplift to provide immediate stability ahead of the mobile refresh.

Migrated the majority of the stack with modern workflow improvements while holding feature parity, refreshing every screen and modal so the change felt cohesive rather than jarring. Delivered a unified cross-platform design system for iOS and desktop, fully componentised for rapid handoff, with a weekly user-feedback loop built into the process.

Winemakers and cellar-hands were running mission-critical workflows on paper. The objective: replace legacy data collection with a high-performance mobile experience robust enough for demanding, on-site winery environments.
The Strategy
Identify the highest-value core utilities from the existing platform and build a lean, scalable mobile architecture around them. A phased integration approach kept the new mobile experience perfectly synced with the broader ecosystem while backend systems were modernised in parallel.
The Outcome
A dual-platform mobile solution delivering real-time data capture across the end-to-end winemaking process. Digitising field operations removed manual entry bottlenecks and gave office teams instant visibility into live production data, significantly lifting operational throughput.
